Our coaching team delivers a highly individualised and holistic approach to endurance training, combining structure, flexibility, and genuine support. Each program is built around your lifestyle, goals, and wellbeing to ensure progress that’s both effective and sustainable.

We provide weekly check-ins to review your training, adjust sessions, and keep communication open and consistent. Training plans are delivered via Final Surge on a week-by-week basis, allowing your program to adapt to your schedule, recovery, and evolving goals.

Beyond the online structure, Matt & Liam deliver weekly in-person group sessions along the Maribyrnong River

Together, our coaching team blends expertise in performance coaching, elite athletic experience, and a focus on mindset and mental wellbeing. This balance of structure, support, and shared knowledge helps every athlete grow in confidence, consistency, and enjoyment.
