Through consistent communication, weekly check-ins, and ongoing feedback, Matt works collaboratively with his athletes to build purposeful, balanced, and sustainable training that fits their individual needs and supports long-term development. His coaching emphasises not just physical performance, but enjoyment, confidence, and steady progress over time.

Away from triathlon, Matt works in high performance sport as an Athlete Wellbeing Advisor, where he helps athletes navigate the demands of elite performance while maintaining a healthy mindset and lifestyle.
